By engaging with Opulent Edge Consulting, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Services Provided
We offer marketing and growth strategies, content creation, SEO, and launch management. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in the service agreement.

Payment Terms
All payments are due according to the schedule specified in your service agreement. Full payment is required for us to release any final deliverables.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if Opulent Edge Consulting is unable to complete the agreed-upon project. No refunds will be granted due to project stalling on the client's end or buyer’s remorse.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback and any necessary materials to keep the project on track. Delays in client input may affect project timelines.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared throughout the project.

Intellectual Property
Ownership of all materials created by Opulent Edge Consulting will remain with us until full payment is made. Once payment is complete, ownership is transferred to the client.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if there is a breach of contract. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.
